There's a general air amongst the youth at the shop of heightened dedication, there seems to be a vein of excitement and commitment shown by them the likes of which I haven't seen before, the youth have finally fell into place and became a tight little squad of enthused bad asses, the wheat has blown from the chaff, and the new staff have all found there feet and their place at the shop, just like how we wanted it to be.

I love it when a plan comes together.
